The leader of Winchester City Council has exclusively told us a review into the local authority's major development projects is underway.
The council's been in Liberal Democrat control since the party won last month's local elections in the city.
Up until that point, major developments centred around business and housing had been in the planning, including the Central Regeneration Project.
Councillor Lucille Thompson says they're keen to consider all the factors behind the council's work.
She's hopeful they'll be able to reveal more information soon:
"When we were in opposition we were fairly critical of the major developments, so at that moment we are having a pause on each of them.
"We're going to consider each project one by one, so we can review them all individually.
"There isn't that much going on currently, but we will be announcing the way forward on that project in the coming weeks."
