Two men arrested on suspicion of causing an explosion near Weston-Super-Mare have been released on bail.
Avon and Somerset Police say the 20 and 21 year old men have been bailed to allow time to carry out further enquiries into what happened in Worle on Tuesday 14th May.
Officers have reiterated there's no ongoing risk to the public.
A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police released this statement:
"We would like to reiterate there is no ongoing risk to the public.
"We have made this assessment following an in-depth review of the circumstances and evidence.
"A device was recovered by the Army’s EOD unit in a lane in Appletree Court on Tuesday and made safe. We do not believe there are any further devices.
