Joh Foster is taking on a half marathon next month to raise money for Coppafeel and to mark five years since she was diagnosed with breast cancer.
On Saturday 6th July Joh will be running from Royal Hampshire County Hospital in Winchester, where she was diagnosed, to Southampton General, where she received her final active treatment.
She'll be doing the whole thing with a giant inflatable boob on her back.
Back in 2014, when Joh was just 31, she was diagnosed with grade two breast cancer after discovering a lump.
Joh told us it was only by chance that she received her diagnosis: "When I sort of stumbled across it I didn't really think too much of it.
"It was only because I was taking my son to the doctors that I thought I'd mention it to the GP."
Within two weeks Joh had been given an ultrasound, a biopsy and was then diagnosed.
Following surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy Joh was told there was no evidence of disease any longer - it will be five years since that prognosis in November.
To mark her 'cancerversary' Joh has decided to take on this half marathon which in turn will help her to raise funds for an even bigger challenge in October.
Joh is one of a hundred people who've been chosen by Coppafeel to head to the Himalaya's as part of a charity trek, but to get there she needs to raise £3000.
Coppafeel is a charity which aims to eliminate the late detection of breast cancer by encouraging people to check themselves regularly and go to the doctors if something is not right for them.
Joh told us a little bit more about the history of the charity:
Coppafeel goes around various groups and institutions, including schools, universities and WI groups, to talk about the importance of checking yourself regularly and giving advice on what to look out for.
They also offer a free text message service which sees those registered receive a text once a month just to remind them to check.
Joh will be setting off from the Royal Hampshire County Hospital at around 10.30am on Saturday 6th July and welcomes anyone who would like to join her for part of the route or even people willing to wave her past.
