Today marks the start of Mental Health Awareness Week in the UK.
In celebration of the week, Solent Mind have also kick-started their #OnYourDoorstep campaign today, which encourages people to signpost their favourite spots that have a positive impact on their mental health.
They've said it can be anything from your favourite tree to sit under at your local park to your local gym that helps you sweat out your stress.
Residents are encouraged to print off the editable signs from the Solent Mind website, take the pictures and post them on social media using the hashtag #onyourdoorstep.
Kevin Gardner, the Chief Executive for Solent Mind, told us why they want to get people sharing their favourite spots:
Solent Mind are also putting on a host of events throughout the week from today until Saturday.
They range from wellbeing drop-ins to university talks and rock painting.
