A 36-year-old man's been jailed for more than three years for carrying out a series of burglaries across Hampshire.
Daniel Thornton - of no fixed address - admitted a number of charges in a hearing at Portsmouth Crown Court yesterday (Wednesday 25th September).
They related to incidents in Fareham, Curdridge, Warsash and Petersfield between November 2018 and March 2019.
An investigation into his crimes was led by the Operation Hawk team at the Portsmouth Police Investigation Centre.

The court heard that officers found that Thornton had contacted online jewellery stores to exchange some of the goods he had stolen for cash.
Speaking after the hearing, Hampshire Police Staff Investigator Catherine Cole said:
“Thornton’s actions had a real negative impact on his victims.
“I hope this result gives them some form of closure.”
