Police are urging drivers to avoid the A4 Bath Road in Thatcham, as a burst water main is causing problems in the area.
There are reports of flooding and road damage in the area.
Closures are in place at the junction of Park Lane, The Moors and Thatcham Broadway.
Officers say diversions are being put in place.
Traffic is said to be coping well but drivers are being urged to be aware of what's happening.
