Friar Street Stabbing - CCTV Pics Released By Police

CCTV pictures have been released by police after a teenager was stabbed in Reading.

At around 3pm on Monday 2 October officers received a report that a 17-year-old boy had been involved in a fight with a group of people in Friar Street.
He sustained stab wounds to his leg and entered Treatz dessert parlour in Friar Street where members of the public provided first aid before emergency services arrived.
He was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. He has since been discharged.
Police have now released these pictures of people they want to speak to:
Detective Constable Tim Lloyd, based at Reading Force CID, said: ““I am keen to speak to the men in these CCTV images, as they may have information which is vital to our ongoing investigation.”
“If anyone recognises these men, or has any information relating to this incident, I would ask them to call the Thames Valley Police non-emergency number on 101.”

A 17-year-old boy from Birmingham was arrested on suspicion of violent disorder in connection with the incident and has been bailed until 30 October.
