Stonewall has named its 100 best employers for LGBT equality - and employers based in Berkshire feature.
Vodafone, which is has its headquarters in Newbury, is in 32nd place in the list.
The Environment Agency, which has its South East regional office based in Reading, also features in 13th place.
The University of Reading also features - it's managed to place in 80th position on the list.
Other organisations include the Welsh Government, the British Army, RAF and MI5.
The charity's CEO Ruth Hunt said
"The Stonewall Workplace Equality Index 2019, now in its fifteenth year, has been the largest yet. We’re immensely delighted by this year’s Top 100 Employers – and of all the 445 organisations that entered the 2019 Index – and I want to congratulate them for their continued progress on LGBT equality."
