The Perfect Pancake

Make the Perfect Pancake! A simple step-by-step guide. 

What do I need?

Plain flour (use self-raising for American style)
Sea Salt
Eggs
Milk
Butter

Non-stick frying pan
Whisk
Bowl

Your 3 step guide to the Perfect Pancake!

1. Add 125g of flour, a pinch of salt, 3 eggs and 250ml of milk into a bowl and whisk until smooth. 

2. Once your frying pan is heated up on a medium heat, rub a knob of butter around the pan and add your mixture slowly so it covers the pan.  

3. After a minute or two the pancake should be golden on the bottom. Now it’s time to toss. After a further minute your pancake is complete!

Be sure to add all your favourite toppings.
