The Breeze Local Heroes with CCP recognises inspirational and influential people in Cheltenham and Gloucester. We want to celebrate the local people who make Cheltenham and Gloucester great and we need your help!

CCP exists to improve the lives of children, young people, families and vulnerable adults with multiple and complex needs.

Their mission is to:

• Promote and support healthy living
• Help maintain a safe and stable home environment
• Encourage and support learning and achievement
• Promote respect and positive social behaviour
• Encourage personal economic sustainability
• Provide both crisis and preventative services
