Ocado's reported a half-year loss of nearly £143 million following a warehouse fire in Andover earlier this year.
The grocery retailer says the fire in February meant it took a £98 million hit.
But it also saw revenue growth held back, with the impact of losing the facility estimated at 2 percent of sales in the six months to the end of June.
Firefighters from across the South of England helped deal with the incident over a number of days.
People in nearby areas had to be evacuated at one point, as a major incident was declared for a time.
The local community came together to support the workers at the warehouse and other people affected by what happened, by providing food and drinks and shelter for those in need.
