Disappearance is "completely out of character" warn police

Searches are underway for a missing man from Gloucester.

Jeremy Miller, 46, left work in Westgate Street in the early hours of Saturday and was last seen walking towards the Quays.

A police spokesperson said: "His disappearance was reported when he failed to turn up to work in the afternoon as expected.

"His disappearance is completely out of character and police are concerned for his welfare.

"Jeremy is 6ft tall, with short brown hair and of medium build. He sometimes wears glasses.

"When he was last seen he was wearing a cream or grey short sleeved linen shirt, black shoes and black trousers.

"Jeremy or anyone who sees Jeremy, or anyone with information on his whereabouts, should call 101 and quote incident 370 of 26 January."
