More than £2,000 has been raised to provide NHS workers in Bath with hot meals during the coronavirus pandemic - after concerns some were too busy and skipping food.
Tom Doyle originally set a target of £500 on his JustGiving page to support his home cooking.
He said: "I am trying to do my bit, in my way, which is cooking.
"What started by making a cake for my sister one afternoon, a Paramedic, has turned into me committing a day per week to cook as many hot meals as possible for the Bath NHS Teams.
"I would love to commit more time, but am one of the fortunate ones who can still work during this crisis.
"I have three family members in the Bath NHS, and know how hard they are working.
"If you would like to donate to help fund the ingredients, thank you!"
