A man's been rescued from a house fire in Farnborough.
Crews were called to a property in the early hours of this this morning (Monday 4th February).
The man was suffering from smoke inhalation and was given emergency treatment by paramedics at the scene.
Firefighters say they had to battle difficult conditions throughout the incident.
A Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson issued this statement:
"Rushmoor crews were called to a house fire in the early hours of this morning, after the resident reported the fire to our control room.
"The male resident was given fire safety survival advice for 25 minutes, before being successfully rescued by crews.
"The male suffered from smoke inhalation and was given immediate emergency care by crews.
"The fire was on the first floor landing of the 2 storey, end of terrace property and was tackled with four sets of breathing apparatus and two jets.
"The stop was at 04:50."
