A 17-year-old boy has been charged with attempted murder after a shooting in Blackwater last year.
The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged in relation to an incident on the 10th February 2018.
Another 17-year-old boy was left with life changing injuries after the shooting in Hearsey Gardens.
A 42-year-old man, from Farnborough, and a 50-year-old woman, from Blackwater, have been reported for summons for assisting an offender.
They are due to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on Tuesday 5th March.
Four other people were arrested in connection with this incident. No further action will be taken against these four.
